She was predeceased by : her parents, William J. Rehwinkel and Elizabeth R. Rehwinkel (Cole); her son Matthew Peterson; and her sister Ruth Karpenske. She is survived by : her daughter Sarah Rust (Kurt) of Merrill; her grandchildren, Avery, William Frisch and Greyson Rust; her siblings, Julie Hartwig (Gerald) of Mosinee, Rose Storm (Fred) of Merrill and James (Rehwinkel); and her brother-in-law Wayne Karpenske of Iowa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
