He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Edgar Rajek and Margaret Rajek (Moran); and his children, Matthew and Kimberly. He is survived by: his wife Becky Rajek; his son Andy Rajek (Jessica); his grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Kaylee and Reilley; and his brothers, Ed (Kathy), Mike (Brenda), Steve (Cindy) and Tom (Carrie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
