She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Forster and Minnie Forster (Schulte); her daughter Carolyn Normand; and her siblings, Evelyn Fraizer (William Sr.), Martha Winkelman, Iona Fleischman (Floyd Sr), Emil (Erma), Earl (Betty), Gilbert (Eunice), Donald, Alvin (Donna) and Myron Forster (Wilma).
She is survived by: her husband Jim Heiser; her daughters, Cindy DeBroux (Jeff) and Pam Dinges (Ed); her grandchildren, Brandon Normand (Casey), Cody Heiser, Steven Heiser, Isabelle Heiser-Poppe, Brenden Dinges (Alex) and Alissa Dinges; her siblings, Helen Leavitt and Walter Forster (Mary Jane); her son-in-law Brian Normand; and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Forster. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as many bonus children.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Taylor-Stine-Waid Funeral Home (301 Eagle Dr, Merrill, WI 54452). A memorial service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
