Gerald E. Kamark Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gerald E. Kamark of Merrill, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 27, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Gerald may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gerald touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Kamark and Dolores Kamark (Schwertfeger). He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Samolinski (Peter) of Wausau, Marie Strandberg (Thomas) of Merrill, Theresa Grund (Brad Mattson) of Irma, Chet Kamark (Linda) of Appleton and Mark Kamark (Debbie) of Oshkosh. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews; and many great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces, and great great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Waid Funeral Home (301 Eagle Dr, Merrill, WI 54452). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
