He is survived by: his wife Katie English; his son Jonathan; his siblings, Ken (Barb), Jeanne, David (Catherine), Tom (Lisa), Karlene (John), Rick (Nancy) and Susan; and his in-laws, Julie (Roger), Jean (Dan), Tom, Sue (Scott) and Cindy (John). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
