She is survived by: her mother Bernice M. Puphal (Leisman); her daughters, Stephany Kottke (Corey) and Trisha McGee (Chris); her grandchildren, Mason Spransy, Grace Kottke and Jenna Kottke; and her siblings, Sally Boyd and Reuben Puphal (Darlene). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
