Kim was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Kenneth and Ann Pasholk; husband: Keith Woellner; son: Kenneth (Ashley) Woellner; daughter: Kristine (Matt Kerola) Woellner; grandsons: Connor Woellner; granddaughters: Lucy Woellner, Brooklynn Newton, Malena Kerola, and Bethany Kerola; sisters: Kathy (Gary) Kasper, Kerry (Ronald) Briggs, Kelly Pasholk, and Kay (Jason) Cram; sisters/brothers-in-law: Donna (Gary) Dietrich, Steve (Mary) Woellner, Linda (Robert) Schotz, Patty (Glen) McDonald, and Brian (Shanan) Woellner; and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the S&s Banquet Hall (418 Grand Ave, Merrill, WI 54452).
