He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Raasch and Esther Raasch (Kriehn); his wife Marilyn Hopperdietzel; his daughter Janet Raasch; and his siblings, Marcella, Roger Block, Ward, Virginia Mootz (Clifford) and Ellsworth Raasch (Lena).
He is survived by: his daughters, Bonney Paul (Steve) of Rockford, IL and Nancy Raasch of Appleton, WI; and his grandchildren, Nathan Paul (Melika) and Brittney Hamberg (Nick).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Taylor-Stine-Waid Funeral Home (301 Eagle Dr, Merrill, WI 54452). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, family requests that donations in Leland's name be directed to Pine Crest Nursing Home.
