He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Pufall and Esther Pufall (Michalski); his former wife Carmen Jean Roy; and his brother Dennis Pufall. He is survived by: his wife Kay Storm; his children, Tad Pufall and Christie Ducklow (Brad); his grandson Kellen; his stepchildren, Kelly Wallace (Scott) and Ryan Mootz (Penny); his stepgrandchildren, Elizabeth Pagel (John), Alex Wallace, Scotty Wallace, Bekah Carlson (Tristan) and Zach Mootz (Britt); Olivia and David Pufall (Marie).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St Agnes Catholic Church (6101 Zinser St, Weston, WI 54476). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM and at 11:00 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (6101 Zinser St, Weston, WI 54476).
