She was predeceased by : her parents, Warren Hedges and Delores Hedges (Cartwright). She is survived by : her husband Ken Tupa Sr.; her children, Lora Reichelt (Dave Sr.) and Ken Tupa Jr. (Tiffany); her grandsons, David Reichelt Jr. (Nicole) and Jason Reichelt (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Jackson and Louis Reichelt; and her siblings, Darlene Cigel, Charles Hedges and Richard Hedges.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lincoln County Humane Society in loving memory of Sally.
