She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Sr. Harkner and Juanita Harkner; her brother Floyd Harkner Jr.; her nephew Ryan Kohnhorst; and her in-laws, Arnold, Dorothy Kleimola, Christian and Dorothy Merkel.
She is survived by: her husband David Kleimola; her sons, Shannon Merkel (Stacie) and Shawn Merkel (Angie); her grandchildren, Aaron, Alyssa and Macie Merkel; and her siblings, Darlene Kohnhorst (Jim), Terry Harkner (Connie) and Jodie Johnston (Bill). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any donations be made in Yvonne's honor to St. Jude Children's Hospital (https://www.stjude.org).
