She was predeceased by : her mother Josephine Schmidt (Wenner); her husband Alvin Lezotte; her son David Lezotte; her grandson Jacob Lezotte; her daughter-in-law Holly Lezotte; and her brother Richard Schmidt.
She is survived by : her children, Tammy Klade (Allan) of Merrill, Cheryl Buck (David) of Merrill, Kevin Lezotte of De Pere, Brian Lezotte (Cindy) of Merrill and Michael Lezotte (Sandy) of De Pere; her daughter-in-law Juli Lezotte of Merrill; her siblings, Mary Smith (Gordy) of Stevens Point, Arlene Layton (Gilbert) of Wisconsin Rapids, Carolyn Foote (Jim) of Manitowoc, Ralph Schmidt (Karline) of Neillsville and Lorie Thoma (Tim) of Neillsville; her sister-in-law Beverly Schmidt of Neillsville; and her close friends, Francine and Carol. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
