It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard L. Rice of Middle Inlet, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Cotton "Elmer" Rice; his wife Janet Marsland of Green Bay; his brothers, Dennis and Glen; his siblings-in-law, JoAnn Marsland, Jill Wery (Tom) and Joe Marsland; and his close friend Nathalie Miller.
He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Raleigh (Rob); his grandson Thomas Baker (Kodi); his great grandchildren, Ashley, Josephine and Lucas; his siblings-in-law, Judi Rass, Jennifer Wixon (Gerald), Josie Urban (John), Jack Marsland (Susie) and Jim Marsland (Jane); and his godson Robert Wery. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
