She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Bischoff and Helen Bischoff (Northrup); her husband Charles Utter; her daughter Patricia Bolen (Gregory); her grandson Nathan Utter (Nate); her great grandchild Charles Michael Frohne; her siblings, Kenneth Bischoff (Ilene), Ernest Bischoff (Yvonne) and Shirley Voss (Cliff); and her brother-in-law Jim Utter (Germaine).
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Utter (Nancy Ellinghaus) and Kenneth Utter (Sandy); her grandchildren, Allison Frohne (Nathan) and Ian Utter (Caitlin Frawley Utter); and her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Samuel and Elouise.
