He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvin Bollenbach and Vanita Bollenbach (Voss); and his brothers, Paul and Lee Bollenbach. He is survived by: his sons, Chad and Todd; his grandchildren, Mason (Sadie), Edie, Ethan and Violet; his wife Bev (Deitelhoff); and his brother Gary.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Gunderson West Funeral & Cremation Care (7435 University Ave, Middleton, WI 53562). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the The Sport Bowl (6815 University Ave, Middleton, WI 53562).
