She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Ramsey; and her son Christopher Ramsey. She is survived by: her parents, George Albert and Jackie McKeegan (Nelson); her children, Jason Ramsey, Brooke Ramsey (Taste) and Belle Grunst (Kurtis); her granddaughter Jade Reeves; her stepson Peter Good; and her siblings, Elmer McKeegan, Kathy Schreck (Tim), Jim McKeegan, Joanne McKeegan and Lori Sutherland (Brent). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew Lutheran Church (6815 Schneider Rd, Middleton, WI 53562). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Janet's name to the Susan G. Komen foundation.
