He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Middleton (Schmidt); his siblings, Richard Middleton (Jen), Connie Cupp, Terry Middleton (Bobbi Lincks), Karen Foye (Barney), Darlene Middleton (Jack Flint), Rita Middleton and Ronald Middleton; and his brother-in-law Roger Breunig. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
