Robert left this world on September 27, 2025 at the age of 98, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Keller (Olson) and Clarence Jacob Keller; and his former wife Jane Garvoille of Belleville, Wis.. He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his sister Mary Louise Copenhaver; his sister-in-law Annette Ruppert; his sons, Thomas Keller (Holly), James Keller, David Keller (Debra) and Daniel Keller; his stepsons, Timothy Kestle (Wendy), Nicholas Kestle and Andrew Kestle; his grandchildren, Heather Marks (Matthew), Lauren Saxon (Tucker), Elizabeth Medenwaldt (Peter) and Michael Keller; and his great grandchild Vivian Saxon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Lutheran Church (312 Wisconsin Ave, Madison, WI 53703).
