He was predeceased by: his parents, Cappy Franklin and Elizabeth June Havens (Kregel); his wife Jean Havens; and his brother Timothy Havens. He is survived by: his children, Rick Havens of Newville, Ronald Havens of Janesville and Regina Munyon of Roscoe, Illinois; and his siblings, Gary Havens (Lori Johnson), Terry Havens, Theresa Watters, Stanley Havens and Susan Rye. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
