She is survived by: her children, Brett Austin Frank (Tami), Kelly Jo Richardson (Frank) and Tim Frank (Gina); her brother Austin Hurst (Andree); her grandchildren, David, Dalton, Ty (Megan), Tad Tanna (Courtney), Gabriel, Hannah and Josiah; her great grandchildren, Onika Hughes Frank and Carter Frank; her niece Tanaya (Hurst); and her nephew Dakota Hurst.
