He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Maxwell and Alvina Maxwell (Lang); and his brother Jack Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Maxwell; his sons, Jeff Maxwell (Dawn) and Barry Maxwell (Melissa); his grandchildren, Jeff Maxwell (Danielle), Katie Meisenheimer (Matt), Mason Maxwell (Tallie), Myles Maxwell (Ari Fishman) and Molly Maxwell; his stepgranddaughter Caeli Sparkman (Jake); his great grandchildren, Aidric, Nova, Coen, Jasper, Delaeni, Eviahna, Miley and Colstyn; his siblings, Maxine Lund, Dan and Jim Maxwell; and his sister-in-law Jane Lenz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Frank's name to the Hope Lutheran Building Fund.
