She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmert Eichorst and Florence Eichorst (Daily); and her husband George Mathaus. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Heckman (Shawn) of Milton; her grandsons, John (Julia Oelke), Zacharias and Logan Heckman; and her great grandchildren, Maddison, Oaklynn and Stevie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gibson Family Funeral Home (320 W Main St, Palmyra, WI 53156).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Kaye's honor may be made to the Palmyra Food Pantry.
