She is survived by: her children, Forrest Perry Jr. (Jan) and Lillian Perry; her siblings, Dione Ketchpaw and James Pody Sr.; her great grandchildren, James, Vanessa, Rebecca Mahan, Bradley Mitchell, Ryan, Rachel Foss, Audra Klotka, Lauren, Reagan and Reise Kopelke; her nibling Chase; Dawn Morris (Jeff), Jenny Lucas (Kevin), Sonya Kopelke (Kip), Melissa Klotka (Paul) and Angela Sweetman (Luke).
