She is survived by: her children, Julie Polzin (Mark) of Janesville, Connie Nelson of Janesville and Stephen Nelson (Sarah) of Milton, WI; her grandsons, Ryan Polzin (Angela) of Hortonville, WI and Aaron Polzin (Brianna) of Janesville, WI; her great grandchildren, Griffin, Declan and Eliza Polzin of Hortonville, WI; her grandson Beckham; her brother Gerald Schultz (Carol) of Fort Atkinson, WI; and her sister-in-law Eileen Nelson of Waupun, WI. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces, relatives and friends.
