He was predeceased by: his father Richard Anzalone; his uncle Alan Sapko; his aunt Carmen Anzalone; and his grandparents, John and Anna Anzalone.
He is survived by: his mother Joanne Anzalone (Sapko); his wife Sharron; his children, Jace and Layla Anzalone; his siblings, Dina Zigas (Bob), Michael Vance (Amy) and Marc Anzalone; his close friends, Steve and Connie Smith; Ryan (Rachel), Adam (Jenn) and Jacob Smith. He is also survived by many other aunts and uncles, family members, friends, and union brothers.
