She is survived by: her children, Paul (Deb), Philip (Tess), Judith, Kevin (Shelley) and Mary (Patrick); her grandchildren, Sara (Tyler), Jacci (DJ), Nicholas (Megan), Sam, Nathan (Dani), Matthew (Chelsea), Ann (Matt), Sarah (Tom) and Molly (Jack); her sisters-in-law, Rita Kovach (late Jack) and Audrey McClure (Ollie); and her husband Ralph Kosewski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Ann's name may be made to the Sisters of Charity of St. Joan Antida or Zilber Family Hospice.
