He was predeceased by: his son Brian; and his brother Keith Frank. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Tim (Tanya) and Brenda; his granddaughter Kaitlin; his siblings, Laura Brackman and Warren Frank; and his sister-in-law Debbie Frank. He is also survived by other family members and many friends.
