It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernard Braeger of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 8, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Braeger and Sylveria Braeger; his brothers, Chuck and Jerry; his sister-in-law Helen; and his daughter Mary.
He is survived by: his significant other Shirley; his children, Jeff Braeger, Mike Braeger, Chris Braeger (Melissa), Steve Braeger and Tracie Peksa (Brian); and his sister-in-law Eileen Braeger (Vincentians). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
As one last act of service, Ben/Bernie has requested that donations be made to the Blessed Savior Conference of St. Vincent de Paul in lieu of flowers. Keep Bernard's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
