He was predeceased by: his brother David Bush; and his parents, Norbert Bush and Lucille "Peggy" Eudora Bush. He is survived by: his children, Sheila (Bernie Silva), Michael, Amber and Dylan Bush; and his siblings, Holly Basting (Charles) and Kevin Bush (Pam). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and very dear friends.
