He was predeceased by: his son Darren Cook; his granddaughter Arianna Cook; and his daughter-in-law Sonja Cook. He is survived by: his wife Judy Carol Cook; his sons, Dean Cook, Donald Cook and Darryl Cook (Karen); his sister Linda Atherton; and his grandchildren, Zandra Cook, Brianna Cook and Grayson Cook.
