He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his children, Sue Frasher (Shane), John Kaczynski (Coral) and Paul Kaczynski (Amy); his brother Bob Kaczynski; his grandchildren, Mark Kaczynski, Samuel Frasher, Anne Gall (Simon), Michael Frasher (Kailey), Emma Kaczynski and Savanna Kaczynski; and his great grandchildren, Addilyn, Ryker and Emalyn Gall. He is also survived by extended family and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Dave's name can be made to The Rotary Club of Mitchell Field.
