“My heart hurts to hear the sad news of Ms. Jeter's passing! My name is Dr. Sandra Regan, and I am a psychologist working at the Zablocki VA Medical Center. My start at the VA began with the Homeless Programs - where I had the delight of meeting Debra. What a blessing to the world was she! Always with a smile, and always ready to laugh! She never, ever turned me away when I asked her to help a Veteran in need. She also sent people my way. She cared! What a beautiful person. You are missed”
