He is survived by: his girlfriend Gloria Marciniak; his girlfriend's children, Pat, Rick and Lynn; his son Justin Koss (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Austin and Leah Koss. He is also survived by his brothers, sister, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
