She is survived by: her children, Joy Schultz (Daniel), David Pawlak (Ellen Vaillancourt) and Sherry Polasek (James Lehmann); her grandchildren, Danny Schultz (Oana), Sarah Chao (Linn) and Natalie Lipka (Keith); her sisters, Dawn, Debbie and Roxanne; and her aunt Phyllis.
