He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Balcer and Nancy Davis (Jack Pardee); his brothers, Marc Balcer (Ellie) and Nick Wiesmueller (Cassie Goodwin); and his nieces and nephews, Ben, Jack Balcer, Sadie, Natalie Wiesmueller, GrayRiver, Blue Pearl, Miles Evan and Parker Frey.
