He was predeceased by: his brother Dave (Diane); and his brother-in-law Frank (Nancy). He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Scott (Jane) and Wendy (Brett); his grandchildren, Jordan (Chris), Jenna (Dee), Blair (Matt), Brooke (Drew) and Jonathan; his great grandchildren, Halle, Nehemiah, Petra, Juniper, Adina, Morgan and Martin; and his sister Deborah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
