He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Lee; and his parents, Edward Lee and Gertrude Lee. He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha "Sam" Lee and Alexandra "Allie" Lee; and his sister Sharon McClone (Mike). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
