He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Johnson and Margaret Johnson. He is survived by: his siblings, Steve (Vicki), Elaine Antoniewicz (Tim), Dave (Sandi), Lorna Gibson and Darrin Johnson (late Kelly); and his nieces and nephews, Liz, Kristan, Scott, Greg, Eric, Lisa, Kelli, Travis, Melinda, Coltan, Kayla, Collin, Melanie, Kraig and Dustin.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to local community programs that support youth in the trades, honoring Doug's commitment to fostering the next generation of skilled mechanics.
