He was predeceased by: his wife June Ann Runnells; and his siblings, Lois Meyer (Earl), Donald, Ruth Schulz (Don), Glenn, Richard (Mary), Eugene (Joan), Carol Senkerik (Ken) and William.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Pat), William (Sue), John (Margaret), Mary Jo Kaminski (Jeff), Barbara Freudigmann (John) and Thomas Runnells (Ann); his grandchildren, Kelly Curiel (Joe), Cory Runnells (Jessie), Shannon Griffiths (Casey), Becky Clancy (Kevin), Brian Runnells (Amy Jo), Justin Runnells (Ruth), Nathan Runnells (Peng Zhang), Michael Kaminski (Christina), Katy Gutierrez (Fredo), Annie Kaminski (Christian Gonzalez), Jason Freudigmann (Allie), Curtis Freudigmann (Kaelee), Kari Jo Freudigmann (Mary Ann Stassen), Daniel and Sophie; his great grandchildren, Rhiannon, Addison, Beckham, Harper, Everett, Aideen, Bria, Thomas, Charlotte, Maclovio, Carter, Hayes, Landon and Isla; and his sister-in-law Gert Runnells. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mt. Carmel Lutheran Church (8424 W Center St, Milwaukee, WI 53222). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
