He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Higgins, Sr. and Margaret Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Christine Higgins; his children, Toni Higgins (Irv Crawford) and Earl J. Higgins, III (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Gianna and Owen; and his sisters, Janie Krieg and Janis Reynolds.
