We announce the death of Gerald A. Chromy in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 12, 2026, at the age of 84. Gerald will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Chromy and Dorothy Chromy; and his father-in-law Herman Tetzlaff. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Chromy; his sons, Jerry Chromy Jr. (Judy), Chris Chromy (Jenny), Jason Chromy (Jill) and Andy Chromy (Jenny); his grandchildren, Justin (Lauren), Colin, Ellie of Peter, A. J., Lilly, Eli and Mila Chromy; his mother-in-law Doris Tetzlaff; and his brother George Chromy (Ann). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
