With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys (Riley) Hildebrandt of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 23, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Walter Sobolik Sr. and James A. Hildebrandt; her parent Theresa Riley; and her siblings, Rose White, David Riley, Betty Franz, Gary Riley, Ronald Riley, Terry Riley and Barb McKinney.
She is survived by: her children, Wally Sobolik, Robert Sobolik, Janice Sobolik and Donna Sherman (John); her grandchildren, Michael Sobolik, Margaret Sobolik, Cody Sherman and Heidi Sherman; her great grandchild Adam Sobolik; her siblings, Elsie Beaver, Michael Riley (Kathy) and Richard Riley (Mary); her brother-in-law Harlan Hildebrandt (Sue); and her family, Jan and Mike Drzewiecki. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
