She is survived by: her children, Patrick (Amy Meier) and Pamela Muldoon (Floyd); her grandchildren, Christopher (Katie), Matthew (Danielle), Nicholaus Czaplewski (Kristin), Melissa, Lindsey Smith and Julia Czaplewski; her great grandchildren, Isabella Czaplewski, Devon Plotz, Madelyn Czaplewski, Connor Smith, Cayden Smith, Claire and Emmett Czaplewski; her great great grandchild Elias; her former husband Mike; and also, Nancy Rands, Lois Bielinski and Dennis Koller. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (16880 W National Ave, New Berlin, WI 53151). A memorial service was held on Monday, August 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
