She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Melvin L. Tomczak; her children, Glenn Podlewski (Valerie), Michael Tomczak (Carol), Steve Tomczak, Kelley Tomczak and Susie Tomczak (Sue Mortensen); and her siblings, Nancy Stuiber (late Norm) and James Podlewski. She was also cherished by grandchildren, other family, and friends.
