He was predeceased by: his parents, Walton D. Thomas and Jane M. Thomas; and his wife Carol. He is survived by: his sisters, Leslie G. Thomas and Jan M. Thomas (Brad Madison); and his nieces and nephews, Render Thomas, Lee Thomas, Clay R. Thomas, Anesa Allaire, Lia Thomas and Will Madison.
