He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert and Lorraine; his wife Rita Rose; his daughter Beth Ann; and his sister June Sager.

He is survived by: his sons, Paul Sager (Beth Marie), Joel Sager and Jeffrey Sager; and his siblings, Gerald Sager (Lorraine) and JoAnne (Ronald).
