He is survived by: his sister Jill (Steve); his nieces, Melissa (Craig), Jayme (Keola) and Kaycee (Jay); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zoe, Tia, Thomas, Tyler, Kaleo, Rick and Ryu; and his friends, Rob, Caroline Sanderson, Ray Bogush and Melton Maeda.
