He was predeceased by: his parents, Fritz Moederndorfer and Virginia Goode; his cousin Jeff; and his nephew David. He is survived by: his sons, Cody and Austin; the mother of his children Mary Mueller; his grandson Hunter; and his siblings, Donna, Karen, Mark, Julie, Karl and Kristine. He is also survived by numerous other cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
