She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Paulik; her half-sister Beverly Kintz; and her parents, Otto Leitner and Estelle Leitner. She is survived by: her daughters, Laurie Paulik and Kathy Schultz (Todd); her niece Sue Ehlenbeck (Lynn); her nephew Paul Kintz (Elaine); and her caregivers, Lynne Black, Brooke Drezden, Anita Reed of Meals and Deacon Mike Dunn. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
