She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Kleinheinz; and her former husband Tom Sather. She is survived by: her father Carl Kleinheinz; her daughter Nicole; her son-in-law Jake Doman; her son Tristan; her daughter-in-law Sara Sather; her granddaughter Severine; and her fiancé Richard Marcus.
In lieu of flowers, her family welcomes donations to Emmanuel MKE (https://emmanuelmke.org), a charitable organization which Jan held close to her heart.
